Default Whats wrong with my sleep pattern?

Every day. I will wake up anywhere from 6:30 to 7:00. Come home at 3:00 and i will either A) Sleep until 8ish and wont fall asleep tell 1-2 AM. or B) Fall asleep at 10-10:30 and still come home the next day ultimatly tired.

Like it screws me up hardcore. Just today I slept from 5 to 8:30 and now im screwed as I wont fall asleep for a long time. I dont know what it is but I dont like it.

Try taking melatonin at night before retiring. Also in morning, get up and go out in the sunshine promptly. People have a daily cycle that is mediated by light to a large extent. Do you dream at night when you sleep? If you are not getting enough REM sleep(when you dream) you will stay pretty tired

Oregon + winter = no sun light at 6:30-7 in the morning. I will try it though. No lie though, in spring/summer when the light shines through the blinds I tend to get a headache or wake up with one.

ever tried a workout routine of any kind, that might make you get through your nap time, and make you tired enough for a good sleep

at least you have a routine. My sleep is in a constant state of flux. I feel like I'm working with a 30 hour day. Never seems to get fixed. But I will try to get some sunlight right when I wake up. maybe that'll help
