10 mil...WOW.
"tax write-off" ....ya, but ya know tax write-offs amount to basically no benefit except that you didn't have to pay taxes on that money - and therefore you were able to give that full 10 mill to those people instead of giving 5 mill of it to the gov't and only 5 to the people
