not sure,i read in superstreet a few months back that the skyline was supposed to make a u.s. appearence in 2007.havent heard much since

 

the g35 IS a skyline. the gt-r is supposed to be a separate car.

Nissan Motor Co Ltd will launch its new Skyline GT-R sports car model in 2007 according to president and chief executive Carlos Ghosn.

Ghosn said he intends to unveil the new vehicle at the Tokyo Motorshow in 2007 after which it will be launched for sale.

Ghosn said the new "global" version of the longstanding classic will be marketed throughout Europe and the U.S. as well as Japan to make it profitable, and not only in Great Britain and Australia where its market has been limited to date as a right-hand drive car.

 

I think its going to be in a G35 coupe body.

I wouldn't consider those pics an update seeing as that's a concept car from a few years ago.

 

thats deff not what it will look like..most likely they will grop an RB26 in the G35 and Badge it..with slight body mods.just a guess.
