what's the best deal you've ever gotten?
using coupons, rebates, sale, clearance, register mistake, etc?
some of the best deals i've ever gotten ...
(10) 25 count TDK cd-rw's from Dell.com for 2.25 per spindle, shipped free.
(2) pairs of jeans from the gap for 1.97 each
(1) pair of leather pumas, a blue blazer, and a camel blazer for $40 from UrbanOutfitters.com (Oct 2004)
(1) Dell Inspiron 1100 notebook computer (2.3ghz celeron, 512MB, cd-r/dvd drive, 15 in screen) for $450 (Oct 2003)
(200) N64, Genesis, SNES, NES universal game cases (like the kind at blockbuster, but clear) for $6.00 off of ebay
(2) Transformer Unicrons for $8 each from Target (Aug 2004)
(1) brand new, boxed, sealed Sega Saturn for $10 from a local pawn shop
i was cleaning out my closet and ran across alot of this stuff today.

i got a emachines computer for free, because the dude down the road freaked out about something and beat the hell out of it. everything was still good except for the case (naturally) and the cpu fan, and i already had both just sitting around 
i got this monitor in front of me (dell 21" crt) for 25 bucks at the goodwill
