I don't look my age

I just noticed something odd and that is I don't look my age. I don't mean this as conceit either. I was looking at friends that are in the same age range as me 30-35 and they look older. Lines in the face, bodies more beat etc.

So how does this happen? Is it just good genes or something because I really don't get it.
