Default Getting bad rashes on arms....

After I have been working out lately I got this bad little red single rash on both arms. I dont know what it is. Its not itchy, its just kinda looks and feels like dead skin. Its like little spots on my upper arms ranging from quarter to penny size. My mom said it might be ringworm. . But I saw pictures and it doesent really look like that. Im skuuured though.

Are you working out at a public gym or at your house? If it's a public place and the benches and other equipment isnt cleaned before each use, it could be something called Contact Dematitis. Nothing major. Take a shower and put some moisturizer with aloe on it (unscented) and it should be fine. It could also be just an irritation if your arms are rubbing another part of your body or something. If it continues or comes back everytime you work out, go to your Dr. or a Dermatologist.
