yea my moms got locked and the default were the last 4 digits of the #

 

You would think, being the owner of the account...they'd override anything you asked on the phone...not true.

I have Nextel and wanted something changed on my account, they asked me the passcode and I forgot. Even giving them all my personal info, SS#, home #, DOB, Address, etc. They would not grant me access to account changes till I figured out the code 4 days later. h:

if the password is preset and you didn not change it, it may be in the phone's manual

 

the password is not located on verizon's network anywhere. its stored locally on the phone. the best thing to do would be to connect it to a computer that can do a hard reset on the phone.
