Damn Corey I am sorry to hear about the accident but glad to hear you are ok for the most part. I would get checked out by a doctor and start calling lawyers.

I am not one to sue at the drop of a hat but he ran a red and did some extensive damage from the sounds of it.

i would really sue for medical coverage for your neck. you never know what might happen. you are pretty lucky, glad to see you survived.

x-ray and mri showed nothing was out of place.

Well, we'll see. I'm going to talk to my insurance company. And then see my primary doctor since he hasn't steered me wrong in the past.

You got slammed from the side...$1000 down says you have lateral whiplash.

My mom was backed into, from a stop...she got whiplash and still has major problems with it today...7 years later.
