Damn Corey I am sorry to hear about the accident but glad to hear you are ok for the most part. I would get checked out by a doctor and start calling lawyers.

I am not one to sue at the drop of a hat but he ran a red and did some extensive damage from the sounds of it.

Hope your neck feels better. Mine still gives me problems two years after my fender bender.... your accident sounds much worse.

 

i would really sue for medical coverage for your neck. you never know what might happen. you are pretty lucky, glad to see you survived.

 

x-ray and mri showed nothing was out of place.
