I was all excited last night to go to bed early due to not getting much sleep the past few days...Well that certainly didn't happen last night..I went to bed around 9:30 and a few minutes after I got home we hear this loud crash and our whole house shook then we heard glass shattering. I looked out my window and saw 3 teenage kids running past my house...so I threw shoes and a jacket on and went running after them in my PJs (still not knowing what had actually happened)..another neighbor also ran outside and chased the kids with me...we caught them in the neighborhood but couldn't handle all 3 of them so we took the one who claimed to be the driver....Well what happened was the 3 teenage boys were drunk underage and trying to do donuts in the neighborhood..when some how they lost control of the car and ran into my neighbor's house...they went completely through the front of the house and almost out the back of it...then they left the truck running and took off. I was up until 3:30am...since I had helped chase the kids down the police had to take my statement..and before the fire dept got to the house I was inside the house making sure the lady who lives there was ok...and luckily she was in her bedroom on the other side of the house or god knows what would have happened to her. She has 2 dogs and 2 cats so we were climbing over rubble to look for her pets..luckily we found them all..but the house was totalled...electrical lines hanging everywhere...we smelled gas...and turned the engine to the truck off (sicne the driver left it running when they took off). So i was stuck in the house with the fire dept for a while...then when i tried to go back to bed I couldn't...my room's in the front of the house..and there were 7 police cars parked all over my house and my neghbor's...a fire truck...and the firetruck was parked in front of my driveway with it's headlights shining right through my bedroom window...not to mention the flashing police and firetruck lights also...then the noise from them removing the truck out of the house sounded like a construction yard...the firetruck didn't leave until almost 3am. LOL so yea I didn't get to sleep until after 3am. The poor lady who's house it was lives alone..I felt so bad for her...she's devistated. It was scary because if they would have traveled a few more feet it would have been my house they drived through. These dumb kids and their friends are always causing a ruckus in my neighborhood...and they always speed around the curve by my house...and I just had this feeling oen of these days they would either hit someone or something..and this time they did. The truck wasn't even the driver's...it was their friend's who loaned it to them.

I thought it was pretty quiet too until these delinquents moved in...they're constantly outside smoking pot and god knows what else at 2am and their friends pull up honking their horns at all hours...I've called the cops on them a few times before for doing stupid sh!t...I hope these kids get nailed...my poor neighbor...

 

Sh!t..my neighborhood isn't off a main St or anything like that...it's a small neighborhood..the street they were hauling ass on wasn't even a big street...they said they were doing "donuts" wtf IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!

 

that's why I was kind of surprised. I remember you house was into the neighborhood a bit, streets weren't really big or anything. :eek3:
