She is a "post cutoff" news reporter. The cutoff is what I refer to as when female news reporters were required to be hot before having good reporting skills. It started in the late 90's. If you watch your local news, most of the ladies that have been around for a long time and you recognize are "pre cutoff" reporters...not so hot, but have a good personality and can report well. The post cutoffers are usually on cnn and other similar news programs...have a personality thats duller than a brick wall but are good to look at.
