Sell my civic and buy an integra shell for like 2 g's and for the rest buy a B18C (type-Arrrrrr) motor and drop it in thurr. What do you guys think?

94-01 teg shell btw

what are you goign to drive during that time when you are installing a motor?

5...but that's JDM right? I'm talking USDM.


Anyway I can't afford teh civic with a swap...I'm saying sell mine for 7g's and buy that with the money.

ahh....no c5 is USDM...JDM motors dont have numbers stamped after the designation.

then in the case of the selling, shelling, tegging, etc....

where will you get the shell...what kind of shape is it in....clean title, salvage?

Ah, had it backwards. I haven't looked into it fully, but my plan was to get a teg with either a shitty motor or no motor. Good shape except for engine...that way I'd have pretty much everything...Maybe salvage if it was stolen, but I'd rather have clean title because there wouldn't be as many underlying problems.

fawk a shop doin it...they would charge you a funky monkey load, when you could EASILY do it yourself in a weekend if that.
