He didn't mislead at all. He stated clearly several times that it is a picture. Delivery of the digital picture will be by email. Seems pretty straightfoward to me.

yeah, it's pretty clearly worded that it's a picture. He's not being misleading at all. Anybody who's stupid enough to bid on that deserves it...you should always read the item description carefully before you bid.

Did anybody ever notice if it was a poor family that got some money and was trying to please their kids, and weren't very experienced with eBay, they would be screwed out of the money? Please post the item link so I can advise them not to pay.

man, if thats one way of making money, im just going to start taking digital pictures of all kinds of random stuff and selling it. and you just stole from EBAY since the pic is for sale! oooooh imma tell!!!
