i think the cheapest and fastest way to psu is i80. get off at poconos on ne extension and drive straight up 80. it only took me like 2.5 hours last time. there was hardly any traffic and no cops.

Where in Philly do you live? It takes me exactly, to the tee, 2 hours to get to PSU. KOP is about an hour and half from my area...
