I heard you had to contact someone, but I don't know who.

in my siutation, i just ended up avioding them. after a while, they just go filled in....

1-800-fix-road here in PA.

takes them about 18months to respond... but at least theres some place you can call and vent

Some of them are in the worst place possible though. I see one where after you go over the peak of a hill, it's RIGHT THERE and you don't have very much time to avoid it.
