well thats not really profiling.
If you have 4 cars traveling at the same rate and only one has a muffler, which definitely stands out....What would you do?

Go to court. Usually they reduce the number of points just for you showing up. And if you get lucky the cop won't show up or there'll be a clerical error or something and you'll get off with nothing.

does AZ have a points system where you can lose your license if you have a certain number of points from tickets?

over 8 points to be exact.... actually depending on what happens if you have to go to court or whatever, you may either get suspension or get your license revoked, which reminds me i have to find out how much i have....
