Default Anyone notice that gas is getting steadily cheaper?

The last time I filled up my tank with 87 octane, it was $1.82/gallon. Today I drove past more than one station and it's down to $1.78. It would seem at least for the time being gas is on a downward trend.

I doubt it'll last though, because a bunch of OPEC member nations have been producing more than their quotas to meet demand but they have pledged to stop doing in the coming year.

Keep those fingers crossed. If we could get down to $1.50/gallon and have it hang there I'd be super happy.

The news said it's supposed to keep gradually decreasing in small amounts. I've noticed it too...not much cheaper, but cheaper is always a good thing.
