Post fell on mom's car.. whos responsible?
My mom was waiting in traffic... city is doing construction on street... all of a sudden, post falls out of ground, and lands on car, rear window shatters, door is all smashed.. and thats all she had time to see... she is now walking to the city office.... lol
What do you think they will tell her?

ok... she called me back. Turns out it was a temporary telephone pole, with cables crossing over the street. an "oversized" load truck passes on the other side of the street, tugging the cables, pulling the pole onto her car.

same thing happened to my friends mom. she was under a bridge while they were doing construction on it and a wooden plank fell on the hood and she sued the town for 14k. now my friend is getting money and swapping an H22 in his 88 prelude Si 4WS.
