Default Turbo Problem

my friend is having a problem with his turbo. When he is driving and takes it to high RPM's the tubing with the BOV pops off of the IC tubing. What could be causing that. When I looked inside the tubing there is oil in it. Is that bad? Could it be something serious? Also is the turbo manifold suppose to be really hot? I put a drop of water on it and it just slid right off. It seems like it is hotter than normal. I need to know something ASAP. I am posting a pic of the tubing that pops off the ic tubing and a pic of the oil. Right now I have part of the tubing off so I can cget the oil out of it.

I agree with above comments. And yes, the turbo manifold is supposed to be hot.

Uuuuh sir of course it's supposed to be hot. When warm it's around 700F idle, 1100F cruising and can peak up to 1400F on a good tune.

No loss in performence. What could have caused the seals to go bad. He was going kinda fast and drove up a curb. Could that have caused them to go bad?

Im sitting here banging my head on the table trying to figure out the name of those clamps............

That must mean ur IC is all jack'd up with oil and or slug in there.
Your pistons must be knee deep in oil.
Have you checked your spark plugs to make sure you dont have alot of oil in the Chamber?

Also....is that a Greddy turbo you have there?
I went through a similiar problem with my VR6....I went with Garrett at the end and havent had a problem ever since.
