Default colege life = cavities

i think college life is giving me cavities, all the soda they feed us in the cafe is resulting in a weird sensation for my tounge, the feeling of deep holes in my frist molars, i'm not sure if these are cavities, but i think that one of them mihgt be turning into noe.. this sucks. the paper is almost done. wish me luck guys, cant wait to get home and to my dentist.....

I didn't get a single cavity during college. I intentionally drank water or Hi-C instead of soda, and I lost weight every year I was there.

Being over 20 does it for most people. You think your teeth are bullet proof and then one day... aaargh.

Quit drinkin so much soda, smartguy! :slap:

I skipped out on going to the dentist for like 2.5 years and I ended up getting a root canal and a bigass crown. And that was with good oral hygene. It just so happened that the way my teeth were arranged, one of my 12-year molars got a big cavity on the front of it down by the gum line. Now I only have about half of that tooth and the rest of it is porcelain.

The funny thing is that you say they feed you soda as though you are forced to drink it and have no other option. If you were really concerned about the health of your teeth you would drink other options

Water is the way to go! Cheaper (free most places), healthy, and your body needs it. Also tastes great. I've been drinking water for 2-3 years now, and don't feel bad about missing out on cola. I will drink it every now and then, but its rare.
