:rant: So my brother's phone was stolen from his gym locker earlier this week, and my dad called up att and they said since att has a corporate account with the company my dad works with, we'll get a replacement phone for free... no big deal.

Then my dad dropped his phone from about 3 feet high :doh: and the screen is dead, (stupid shitty samsung phones), called AT&T, said they would replace that one for free too. I cant even remember how many times i dropped my old motorola V60. Anyway, they both come today, one by ups and one by fedex.

The one for the broken phone was refurbished, and that one doesnt work either, the screen doesnt turn back on when you close and reopen the lid, called ATT and thats going back. :slap:

The replacement for the stolen phone was supposed to be the Motorola 600 (nice lookin phone), but they sent the Nokia 6200 instead. (freakin HUGE!!!). the nokia didnt come with a sim card so we called them again. 20 mins on hold :madfawk:

I was wondering why nobody called me today... so i go to look at my phone a few minutes ago, and i have no signal. I turned it off and turned it back on and it said SIM invalid . I called ATT again and they said they mixed up the numbers. :slap: I couldnt call customer service cuz i dont have a phone in my Dorm Room. I had to go out in the cold rain to a payphone and call those bastards. Theres no heat on my floor anyway

Try getting a $1700 phone bill from att and its not your fault, then complain :exnbp:


i'm convinced that all cell phone companies are evil though.

 

try getting a $4000 phone bill and its not your fault cause AT&T failed cut the service to your apartment and the new occupants made hundreds of international calls.

So you broke your cell phones and they replaced them for FREE with sub-par phones. Wow, if only we all had your problems

 

I have a v600 that'll work with AT&T for sale. New in box if you are interested And yes AT&T is slow on some things but replacements are quick. As for the sim card solution just go to a local AT&T store and try to explain to them that there replacement didn't have one. way better than waiting for one through mail. I also have 2 sim cards laying around if they don't send ya one :exnbp:
