psh if u want real chicken and waffles you have to try roscoes chicken and waffles. now that is the "bomb diggidy" place for soul food.

The owners who own House of Chicken and Waffles used to own a Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles. It went out of business a couple times. It used to be in a bad area of Oakland, so business was rough. Their recipe so I hear, is just like Roscoe's.
