he will get it reduced on a temp. insanity plea... the kids pissed him off, he fought them and lost, his ego was damaged and his pride bruised, he was depressed about it so he got his gun and finished the job with him on top.

no. but it will probably teach the little punk kids in the neighborhood that they never know who they are throwing an egg at. the guy had previous felonies so it wasnt like he just randomly did it. it was inevitable<sp> for him to eventually kill someone.
