is it easier to run on a treadmill?
compared to a normal track? it just seems easier to me :dunno:

Yes because the deflection/strain on your legs should be less.

an elliptical is easier on your legs
but imo its a harder workout but you get used to it

I find it less boring and plus I get fresh air and a breeze...all those make it easier for me.

yeah, but they get boring to run on. they're better for me though since i have bad knees.
