May want to get the full story before you file your lawsuit. Why is it that people want to sue for everything that happens. Sometimes, rarely, bad things happen unintentionally and fault does not rest with anyone involved.

so say you are driving along and your car kicks up a rock that hits the car behind you,..this rock was big enough and strong enough to go through the windshield of the car behind,..it hits the person in the eye,..he/she loses control of the car and wrecks,..say it was my mom who wrecked...yea im gonna sue your ass because you intentionally kicked up that rock and aimed for my mom's eye!
