I Must Have Blown Someone and Not Even Known It
My lawyer called me today. The prosecuter is dropping both my Reckless Driving (which was originally DUI) and posession of marijuana charges. All I'm getting is a $100 fine for driving with an expired license.

I wish that could have happened with me. I got completely screwed by the man.
And yes I am still a little bitter about over 3,000 dollars in fees and costs from over three years ago. Fvcking bastard cop. I hope he got his.

I had something in my car that was left there by someone. I thought I was clean but he "smelled" something.
I've never had a DUI, nor is the finding of a controlled substance in my vehicle on my record, but only cause I hired a lawyer to speak for me. I basically paid for my freedom.
