Default Computer peoples.....I have a question.

h: Is it possible for me to connect my laptop into a TV monitor so I can share what is on my screen with whoever is watching the monitor. My TV monitor is already connected to a VCR and DVD player. I *think I have a S-Video plug on this laptop  It is a Dell 600m.

Thanks.

well if it already has a s-video output i would think you can just plug that in one of you TV's video input (if you have a svideo imput) or you need a wire that will switch from S-video to RCA.

Edit On the laptop, it could be a input but i think that on the 600m its a output. Here this might help you a bit...

I am teaching photography h: Imma have the kids mess around with my camera. But it is hard sharing the pics on the 1.5" LCD on the back of the camera. So I thought I could bring my laptop in. Then I also could mess around on photoshop I have a plug that goes from my camera to the TV...but that limits me. And no, I am not sure if that is a S Video connection h: But I think I have to scratch that anyway...I cant find the wire.
