Does anyone listen to them?? I think they are great!

 

i used to, before i put an actual cd player in my car, i havent listened to the radio ever since. theyre funny but they laugh too much imo

 

They SUCK... the regular guys got thrown off the air here in ATL, and they decided to pipe in those guys. Now I have to listen to cd's in the morning. ATL has no good morning show anymore.

Some of the people in cali might remember the regular guys.?

 

I like 'em. I agree that some of their laughter feels forced.

 

i used to listen to them when i lived in michigan...they dont get air play here in florida...we have The MJ Morning Show and Lex and Terry here

 

they're responsible for getting the bay area's hard rock station (KSJO) switched to a spanish oldies format. well not literally. KSJO broadcasting the bob and tom show in order to "save" their morning ratings. morning ratings are thought to be crucial to any radio station's overall success. since they sucked nuts and absolutely no one listened to them, the stations overall ratings took a dive and clear channel killed the station. no more hard rock in the bay area!

it was probably mostly clear channel's fault. they could have managed the station a lot better to attract listeners. it seems like they totally rejected the idea of bringing back a local morning-show host, which was what brought them the most success in the past.

about bob and tom, tho, i thought they were pretty damn lame. i always thought they might appeal to 35-50 year olds that want to think they have an edge.
