I hate canker sores i get them all the time i just got rid of 2 of them last week and now i have another one i use oral Gel but i dont really think it works and i also i have special pills. I just want to no how the hell i get them in the first place it sucks.

 

stop eating fried stuff and get more sleep.

 

I don't know ya get em, but the old southern rememdy is to put salt on it. It hurts like a beotch tho. From what I've been told. I wouldn't do it.
