It was a strange side effect of the conversion, which I kinda like.

I have noticed that shooting in foggy conditions digi cameras are not exactly sure how to render the fog, so many times it comes off really grainy even in color.

I love the grain effect too! love it, it looke like a different kind of grain then usual film, not sure how to explain, its fine grain but pronounced kind of a underexposed but without the contrast lost... very nice dude.

I like the grainey thing. Black and whites should look kinda old IMO.
