no, it a nice PSU.
The only thing that would've made it better is if the cables had come sleeved...other than that, it's good stuff.

i too think they should have been sleeved. Thats when i started looking into the Ulta X-Connect 500 PSU... but i thought it would be better to stick with something that ran a little cooler and quieter.. thats why i bought some wrap for the PSU cords.

I've had wrap for over a year now, but I'm too lazy to do it. h:
www.pcpowerandcooling.com supposedly has the best PSUs in the business, you might want to check them out as well. But they are $$$

CORSAIR XMS2 Pro Series Dual Channel Kit 240-Pin 1GB(512MB x 2) DDR2 PC2-5400 with activity LEDs

I might eventually add another 1 gig (2x512) at a later time.

I'm using 2 x 512MB Corsair XMS PC3200...can't say that I've had any problems at all.

yeah, I realized that now. I forgot that you need the 24pin ATX2.0 connector.
I'd go with the Antec.

definitely go PCI-E, not AGP.. and if you really want to spend the money, go with the ATI x800.. otherwise, the x700 makes more sense, at least until prices come down. i'm partial to ATI though.
