Ok so i got a lil 3 hour job assignment doing a conversion for a company near me. SO i got on mapquest and realized its only but 30 minutes from me 18 miles. So i hop in the car this morning and be on my way.


I get on the highway and guess what happens..............my temp gauge shoots up past the Red Hot mark. Im like :wtf: I put antifreeze in here before i left. Well needless to say. I got stuck on the highway with little money and at the point of no return. So i pulls over and cuts the car off and sit on the side for about a half hour.


I finally got it started and was able to get it off the highway before it shot up past the red mark again. I pulled over and there was smoke coming out from under the hood. I then parked it in a parking lot and popped the hood to see antifreeze shot out everywhere but i dont know exactly where it came from. Well needless to say my car is now sitting in the parking lot and i plan on picking it up and just driving it back to my house and leaving it there until i can get the money to get it fixed.

:sad: I tell you.

 

good thing you are getting another motor,..because that motor might be shot,..atleast the head anyways

its okay, i downshifted this morning and my speedo died on me h:

 

I'm mad though cus i got the motor and everything ready to go.
Minus the ECU and Wiring Harness. I just need to get the money for teh labor.

Im hoping i can just drive it home another 3 miles so i can just park it next to my apt until the time comes for me to get the swap complete.
