Agreed!

The handling is fun, it just puts a smile on your face. You gotta love the huge speedometer and tach haha...

BMW put a lot of good technology into it....the suspension reminded me of a sports package 330i h:

Non-side airbag SRT-4 seats are like this. :nervous: I wouldn't want to go THAT fast in that car to make myself fall out of the seats.

A simple search or little bit of research before you buy a car and when you own it is pretty common sense. Heck I read my whole owner's manual when I got my car.

I'd get two Cooper S's, matching.

I'm going to pitch this car to my sisters...they better both get it tonight. I want one too.

screw the sales guy. the cooper isn't in a high a demand as the cooper S.
cooper S still has a 6-8month wait list if you want to order one to your liking.

Cooper is about a week or three at the most. Negotiated the price down a few thousand below MSRP.

So is he lying? He says the prices are standarized at all MINI dealerships in Ontario.

There are tons of S's and two regular ones, both black, on the lot.

don't believe a word he tells you. sounds like he is shoveling bs instead of snow.

if the price is as he say standarized then that's illegal. if there are other dealers go visit them instead.

don't waste the money on it. I've read a couple people that have had their JCW cars dynod and it was sad.. they dyno only 10-15hp more than a stock MCS (Mini Cooper S). best bet is a 15% pulley, cold air induction, exhaust, and computer tuning. everyone that has done that gets great dyno results with flywheel hp in the 210hp range. the Best place for real world MCS dyno data and testing is Webb Motorsports Webb is a great guy and lives for MCS's. too bad I can't afford to buy an MCS.

whoever is saying there is a 6 month waiting list and that they are making deals on them is full of it! I was looking to buy an MCS and the wait is 2 months to order one. They don't make any deals on ANYHITNG. You pay what is on the sticker and like it weather its a regular Mini or an MCS. Even the used ones I found are expensive. I still want an MCS but its just not worth it. Going to buy a much cheaper but way faster and fun car instead that I'd get hammerd to bits on this board for buying.
