I agree......although I'm really happy with the wood floor in my kitchen....it's like, wide panels and pretty durable. I don't know exactly what it is because I didn't rennovate the house.......but it's nice....it's the wood floors in the rest of the house that i'm terrified of. The only room in the WHOLE house that doesn't have wood is my bedroom.

I probably won't mind when I'm an old man, but it's a bitch when I'm young/drunk all the time/running everywhere.

the only time i scratched our wood floors was when i dragged my filing cabinet down the hallway h: otherwise they are very durable.

ouch.......that sucks.

I'm worried about ski season coming up. I can just see skis/boards falling, edges hitting ....... :upset:

LT, the townhouses at my undergard school had those same types of wood couches and chairs.

i HATE them, you can't get comfortable. its like a step-up from a refridgerator box with cushions.

:werd: They were the worst. I use to sleep on them sometimes when I would stay over after a party.
