Selling real estate by yourself
Has anyone ever sold their own real estate? I have a huge hwy frontage lot IM looking into selling.
The other day I got a letter from a developer wanting to have the area where my lot is at rezoned commercial
Right now my lot is zoned Ag rural 5 acre minimum lot size. Should I try and fight this or let it go
I have watched the land value in 5 years rocket, IM afraid however the ride might be over my new assessment the land has dropped a couple of thousand in value.
How does one sell with out getting screwed, I know I should use a title company. Should I contact the developer and talk turkey

I feel my money would do better in the stock market. Mutual funds right now. The property in question I inherited.
