Default streaking windshield?

Any remedies? I cleaned my wipers really good and they are fairly new so I am pretty sure they aren't the problem.

Eagle One 20/20 is the best glass cleaner IMHO. Also waxing the windows helps prevent streaking.

Streaking when you are using your wipers? Or streaking when you clean the windshield?

Well how new are they? Even after a month with cruddy wiper blades (the rubber part) they start to get cracks.

And I just thought of this too. I just replaced the windshield wiper blades on my 1989 Civic Si. I think the wipers have been on there since the car was brought new. When my new wipers wipe they leak lines of water, which I think are scratches from just years of use (considering how old the car is). I think I need a new windshield.

I'm going to try one thing before I do that. And that's some Bug & Tar remover and try to polish the glass.
