a family friend is asking me for a copy of internet explorer.. but i cant find a copy to give him online? anyone know where i can download one..

cuz the one on microsoft.com is just the installation program, then u gotta download the rest.. i dont kno if he has an internet connection? (dont ask me why he wants it--i can only assume he wants to make websites or whatever)
