computer question....

Default computer question....
i got this computer for christmas last year, its a HP with and intel celeron processor with 2.4ghz and 512ram. i have this game and the requirements for this game to work correctly are 1ghz and 256ram. i exceed all the requirments so my question is why isnt it working on my computer? it just runs really slowly, it just has pauses in it. could it be my video card?

the game is called Street Legal. its an import racing game. how do i check what kind of videocard i have?

right click desktop -> settings tab -> advanced -> adapter tab
im gonna gues its intel extreme graphics
