Usually, if this is a single night event, they would not pay more than $250-300 for the flyers being printed. This does not include designer fee. I would ask anywhere from $50-100 and that would be fair. I estimate it'd take you anywhre from 2-4 hours to complete this.

I used to do this on a frequent basis and depending on the event, I wouldn't ask for more than $100.

Some tips:
Make sure you get the correct template (size) and make sure they specify if they want it in CMYK or not..

Using a fixed cost basis when you're dealing with a variable amount of "flyers" is retarded.

Yeah it's in CMYK. I doubt they'd print club flyers in RGB

Wait. I'm not the one printing these things. I have to email the file to their printer. Am I still charging like $200-ish for that? I thought it was between $50-100 for the logo only.
