Default Traveling for Thanksgiving? Where to?

Just made plans with my mom to travel up to Michigan Wednesday morning. I have to do the driving though, cause she can't drive my step dad's passat. My step dad has to sing at his church thursday morning so he is going to fly up then we will all come back sunday. My Aunt, Uncle, and two cousins live up there. I doubt any of you remember, but at the beginning of the summer, my cousin got in a bad car accident and is now paralyzed waist down. I havn't seen him since and want to get up there.

Anyone else doing some traveling to eat other peoples food?

Damn, I'm very sorry to hear about your cousin. I don't know what I would do in case something like that happened to someone close to me. Good luck and tell him to keep his head up.

Edit: I always stay home for Thanksgiving and all other Holidays, I don't have any family here in the U.S...it gets really boring staying in the same place every year...I need a vacation...

He is actually doing very well considering what happened. My uncle talked to the contractors of an apartment building being built, and they made an apartment for my cousin, handi-cap accessible and all. so he is living there.

Don't pity me, he's doing as good as he can be.

Where's everyone going!!!??@!~~
