i dont know how you can pass judgment on fraternity members when any organization, whether it be religious, philanthropy, social or whatever all have some members with the narrow-minded, naive 'mentality.'

The best thing about fraternities and sororities is that you can network. While being in an greek organization may not help you out if you are just applying blankly for jobs, they can help you out in finding jobs through alumni. However, the same can be said for anyone who is good with networking.
