I didn't tip once (party of 8) becaue the waiter was being an a**hole thinking that we're trying to eat&run.

"we went in, ordered appetizers (~40 bucks worth), while waited for a friend. We told manager & waiter in advance, every 2-3 min, he kept asking. We told him to wait like 15-20 mins. 15 min later, he came back, before we could say that we'd just go ahead and order, he yelled "if you punks don't pay for the 'tizer right now and leave, I'll call the cops." A friend stood up, politely asked that he left and let us talk to the manager. We then ordered our food through the manager. But that a**hole was the one that brought out the food with the smile on his face because we ordered a whole lot, ~$200 worth. When we left, we didn't leave a single tip. He ran out the door asked that why we didn't leave any tips. We told him to look at his attitude again and next time, try to pull his head out of his hole before saying anything."
