Default Low interest rate today

I locked in my 30 year fixed at 5.625 today. Considering Allan Greenspan will announce changes in early December I doubt the interest rate will remain this low, and it is highly likely that it will go up from here on out.

5.25% actualy now that I think about it, it's 5.125% fixed 15years.

It was 5.25% but then we refinanced since I ended up costing us $0.

Mine will cost $2000 but with 0 points. It'll take 14 months to make it up but still not bad considering I'm 26 and a full time student working less then 4 hours a week.

Also no prepayment penalty.

i dont understand how your interest rates are higher then ours... the prime rate in US is lower then in canada, and so usually that would mean the the US variable rate should be lower then CAN variable rate. I can understand the fixed rate being higher as it is not really based on the prime rate, but the variable?!?!
