anyways, yeah i've used Emergency Boot Cd. It boots to a gui and lets you change alot of stuff. You can set admin passwords too.

i have a copy of it on a cd at home. very handy...

chanc, is there an admin account on the computer, or is that the one that had the password changed? if there is an admin account, you can use it to reset the user's password.
