there have been lots of things found. And the suspicious train explosion in North Korea when the Syrians were there (who expects think have most of the WMD's). Not to mention the missles Saddam fired at us when the war began as well as the stockpiles of pesticides in the middle of the desert. But since they haven't found boatloads of WMD's the amounts found have bene thought to be negligable by anti-war supporters

i bet every country has some WMD ... it's just a matter of how much. the way the media built up the war in Iraq, we were expecting to find 100's of nukes, anything else wouldn't be enough.

too true, but I doubt if the US would crash a Cessna full of Sarin at a world cup soccer game between Iran and North Korea

Most countries may have WMD's. That is a fact. You also have to remember that Iraq was under sanctions and was suppose to have NO WMD's. They claimed they didn't. Obviously they lied.

The media did sensationalize what WMD's we thought they had. The truth is we knew they were starting a nuclear program. I don't think anyone in power thought they would have hundreds of nukes but we definetly thought they were on their way to having some. All it takes is one to cause a catastrophe. Not to mention the different chemicals that Saddam was notorius for using have been found. Those are WMD's as well. I think because of the media most people think WMD's are just nukes but WMD's come in lots of forms.

It was belived that Saddam had stockpiles of it. We have found some here and there. Even if we found a vile of it, it breaks the sanctions.

Bonzo -

The media was reporting the story that they were fed by President Bush, Vice President Cheny, Colin Powell, Condi Rice, Paul Wolfowitz, et al. The media didn't invent the idea that Iraq was stockpiling weapons -- the Bush administration did.

I'm stunned that you refuse to even contemplate the idea that President Bush might possibly have been wrong. How can you not want to hold him responsible?

no, once again, you're wrong. the intelligence community gathered that information, not the bush administration.
