Well if you had it done at a place of business then they might have the same deal.

Otherwise it really shouldn't be that hard to do yourself. Just ask someone on HAN with a Civic what panels to take off.

yea, my cd player was crapping as well, didnt want to play certain tracks at certain times. good thing the theives took it, i just put the stock tape deck back on.

ok, its my cd/radio. both are busted. the place i got it done will most likely not do it. they're assholes. i don't want a cassette player, and i don't want a normal radio because i have one. mandi- i didn't say there was anything wrong with it, i just won't order stuff for my car. this board has made me nervous about it, lol.

yea, they changed in 98 actually because the wire harness for the dome light and keyless entry is on my stock radio...but its not like that in the 98s. So to put mine in hers..it'd take some rigging..

theres a harness adapter you can get to use a 99-00 radio in a 96-98
im sure there is one the other way around
