i wonder if a cheetah could beat a slow car in a 1/4 mile. wut would the cheetah run anway. anyone ever thought about this seeing how they are the fastest land animal

Cheetah's can get upto 70 mph, but they can only do it in a short burst of about 300 yards. After that oxygen debt forces them to slow down, but its a short enough distance for them to get the kill.
