Default The Polar Express

I have had that story read to me, every christmas .... for years. I'm 23 now... and I still get read that story at christmas time. It's a cool story, really helps get in the christmas spirit.

So of course I had to go see the movie. It was awesome. It was more than I expected, there were parts that didn't go with the book but more in the sence that more was added than taken out. The story is still the same... but to see it up on the screen after all this time... it really was great.

So there's my review... 4.5/5 stars.

I never even heard of the book. But we (wife and I) saw it last night because The Incredibles was sold out. Polar Express was definitely a must see movie. The CGI alone was enough to make my mouth drop, but then the story was awesome too.

Parent sitting next to us was talking to their child at the end of the movie "Now do you believe in Santa?" Thought that was cute. Definitely a family movie with a good message.

Still can't believe the computer graphics in the movie.
