i heard they dont use cheese or sauce or something

 

from my many hours on the food network i think they only use cheese as a topping. ie. its not in every pizza.

 

but the sauce is the best part

 

right...they always use sauce but not always cheese.

 

i have family in italy and ive been there many a time. you have to order the pizza with mozz to get mozz. if you want it plain then they just give you sauce. the pizza is actually a lot better over there because they use the best toppings. like no canned shit. well this was in this town that my grandparents live in. the restuant actually has a garden in the back with some land that they grow their own greens. and the owner has a farm with pigs and cows and such so all of his food is real with no preservatives.

werd, and they just give you like the whole pizza and a fork/knife.

it was sooooo good, it was also thin crust.
