Well. It's been 2 months. I talked to my boss 2 weekends ago (the saturday before last) and he said he'd get it in the mail.

Well I figured if it didn't come by wed. that it wasn't coming, so I've been calling him, and he refuses to answer. Emailed him, no reply.

What do I do?

If you got paid under the table, you can't go to the state labor association/board/whatever. You might be able to take him to small claims court though.
