Get a masters atleast, talk to some project managers and ask them what they do. Most are suits who spend more time in a meeting room talking to clients and ensuring their programmers do their job correctly than sitting in front of a pc and coding. Some do code, but very little and its nothing major. Coding is a very insignificant part of software development, something most novice computer science students don't understand.

Sean, I was talking about what we all would WANT to, but that doesn't neccessary apply to the reality we have to face.

You were saying that my statement isn't true, thus it's false. But what you commented afterward was not about my initial statement, it was about the 2nd part the statement above this post.

Damn it's confusing :loco:

I actually want to do construction, but due to slow seasons and physical stuff, I won't be. That's kinda why I lean towards house related stuff. The money probably isn't as good, but I could get started sooner and at least be around something I like.

beside the fact that I love to involve with new technology, I'd also like to travel and discover things, like an anthropologist.

Don't assume that you have to get work in the field of your degree. Having a degree, any degree, opens a lot of doors.
